1. Client-Side Data Sovereignty

Under GDPR, data minimization and privacy-by-design are fundamental pillars. Free Browser Tools satisfies these principles by design: no personal data, user files, document text, images, or media streams are transmitted or processed on external servers. All data processing occurs locally within the user's browser runtime environment.

2. Data Controller vs. Processor Status

Because your content remains strictly on your device, Mohit Kumar Gupta (Trade Name: MKG Commerce) does not act as a data processor or data controller for any files, documents, images, or text that you manipulate using our tools.

3. Subprocessors & Infrastructure Partners

We rely on minimal infrastructure providers for web content distribution and measurement:

Cloudflare Pages: Global CDN static asset hosting.
Google Analytics: Aggregated anonymous web performance traffic telemetry.
Google Ad Manager: Privacy-compliant ad serving.
